If ordering by Purchase Order via the website then the following details are required :

• School / Company Name
• Official School / Company Purchase Order Number
• Order # (Order ID#)

Payment Payment for products may be made by cheque, money order, credit card, direct deposit and PayPal. We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa. Should you choose to make your payment by money order or cheque we ask that you please include the following details when posting:

• Billing Address
• Delivery Address (if different to the billing address)

Please note, the order will be despatched only after a period of 3-7 working days to allow for payment to clear.

If paying by direct deposit into Discovery Educationals' bank account please use the Order# (Order ID#) as reference.

Confirmation of Order Discovery Educational will confirm receipt of your purchase order. Delivery of product is subject to availability of stock at the time the order is received. If products are in stock they will be despatched within 24 - 48 hours of your order. We will contact you to let you know the estimated delivery date of any products within your purchase order that will not be available for delivery.

Prices Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the prices published on this web site. However, should an incorrect price be published in error, Discovery Educational reserves the right to refuse to accept or to cancel any orders placed for products that have been listed on the web site regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and paid for by you. In this circumstance your money will be refunded or a credit will be issued against your credit card and your purchase order will be re-processed based on the correct price.

Prices published on this website are exclusive of the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST); for Australian customers GST is applied during the checkout process and a Tax Invoice will be provided.

Freight Costs All freight costs are payable by you. When a purchase order is placed on this web site the total weight of the order is immediately calculated and the freight charge will be shown.

Delivery Lead Times We will arrange the most expedient form of delivery of the products to you. We make every effort to ensure your products are delivered as quickly as possible however, we cannot provide you with any guarantee of delivery by a certain date. We are only able to provide you with an indication of delivery times.

Orders will not be despatched until payment in full (unless the order is from an account customer or a school order) has been received and Discovery Educational is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
